  • Establish and nurture productive relationships with external recruitment partners and job boards, thereby ensuring a consistent pipeline of quality candidates.
  • Build and uphold a compelling employer brand, incorporating our company's values, vision, and culture to attract premier talent in a competitive market.
  • Implement regular analysis of recruitment data and key performance metrics to identify potential bottlenecks or areas of inefficiency in the recruitment process; initiate necessary changes promptly to optimize the process.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
