Job Brief:

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments to determine client needs and employment goals
  • Develop individualized employment plans for each client, including job search strategies and training plans
  • Provide job search support, including resume writing, interview preparation, and job application assistance
  • Facilitate job placements by working with employers to identify job opportunities and match clients with suitable positions
  • Provide ongoing support to clients in the workplace, including job training and accommodations as needed
  • Monitor client progress and adjust employment plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and services provided

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as social work, counseling, or psychology)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in job coaching or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of disability and employment-related laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with job search strategies and employment resources
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized employment plans
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
