  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations, including tax withholding and reporting requirements
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management on a regular basis
  • Assist with year-end payroll activities, which involve preparing and distributing W-2 forms

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing for a large organization
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
  • Experience with payroll software, such as ADP or Paychex
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
