  • Design and implement compensation and benefits policies and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives which includes creating competitive salary structures, designing incentive plans, and establishing employee benefit offerings.
  • Undertake extensive market research and conduct detailed comparative analysis to ensure that our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive, attractive, and relevant.
  • Manage and oversee the comprehensive administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee perks
  • Collaborate with various departments including HR, Legal, and Finance, to ensure that all compensation and benefits plans are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to both managers and employees on various compensation and benefits-related matters.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits policies and programs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
