- Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, from drafting job descriptions and posting job openings to coordinating resume reviews, facilitating interviews, and making the final candidate selection.
- Handle onboarding activities for new hires, such as orientation sessions, and manage exit procedures for outgoing employees, including conducting exit interviews and processing final settlements.
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and keep up to date with any changes that may affect the company's HR practices.
- Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs, which may encompass health insurance, retirement planning, paid leave, and other perks and benefits.
- Oversee and manage employee relations, offering assistance with dispute resolution, instituting disciplinary measures as necessary, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop key performance indicators for HR operations to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of HR programs and initiatives, and to inform decision-making and strategy planning.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations management.
