  • Keep employee records up-to-date and accurate, tracking aspects such as attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
  • Lead training sessions for employees on various HR topics, including but not limited to diversity and inclusion, prevention of harassment, and workplace safety.
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring that all employee compensation is managed accurately and timely.
  • Facilitate the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for both incoming and outgoing staff.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
