Job Responsibilities:

The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance. This role will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's growth and success.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute HR policies and protocols in alignment with the company's strategic goals, ensuring their effective communication and enforcement across all levels of the organization.
  • Lead the end-to-end hiring process, which includes identifying talent needs, initiating recruitment drives, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and making the final selection.
  • Supervise the processes of employee onboarding to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company, and offboarding to manage employee exits professionally.
  • Design and implement employee learning and upskilling initiatives, aiming to equip staff with necessary skills and knowledge for their current roles and future growth.
  • Oversee and manage any employee disputes or conflicts, providing mediation when necessary and implementing disciplinary procedures as per company policy.
  • Adhere to all legal guidelines and industry regulations pertaining to human resources, implementing necessary measures to ensure the company's compliance.
  • Oversee the HR department's budget, monitor expenditure, and generate regular reports on HR costs and activities for the senior management team's review.

Requirements and Skills:
