Job Brief:

The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and office administration. This role is critical to the success of our company and will require a high level of organization, attention to detail, and communication skills. The HR & Admin Officer will work closely with other departments and roles to ensure that our company is running smoothly and efficiently.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, tax laws, and data privacy laws.
  • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans, and ensure that all employees are enrolled and receiving the appropriate benefits.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
  • Manage employee relations and provide support for any HR-related issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Oversee office administration, including managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR and/or office administration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
