  • Monitor, document, and report patient's vital statistics
  • Assist in diagnostic procedures, including blood draws and X-rays
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and execute patient care plans
  • Educate and support patients and their families about the disease, treatments, and self-care
  • Provide emotional comfort and support to patients and their families
  • Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Requirements and Skills:

  • Active nursing license in good standing
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting
  • Strong clinical skills, including IV therapy and wound care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
