Job Responsibilities:

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of leases and rental agreements.
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and security deposit refunds.
  • Assist in the collection and processing of rent payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records and files.
  • Assist in the coordination of property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and overseeing contractors.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income and expense statements.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
