Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive team's calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support the executive team's decision-making process.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other materials as needed.
  • Conduct research and gather data to provide assistance to the executive team's decision-making process.
  • Manage and maintain the executive team's files, records, and databases.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the executive team.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
