- Recruit, mentor, and supervise a team comprising of store managers and associates to ensure optimal performance.
- Evaluate sales data on a regular basis to discern patterns and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures across all stores within the district.
- Address customer issues and queries promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments for alignment with overarching company objectives.
