Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of stage productions, including rehearsals, performances, and technical elements.
  • Create and maintain a detailed schedule for rehearsals, performances, and load-in/load-out.
  • Collaborate with directors, designers, and production staff to ensure the artistic vision is realized on stage.
  • Oversee the set-up and strike of stage elements, including scenery, props, and lighting.
  • Manage and supervise the stage crew, ensuring they are properly trained and executing their duties effectively.
