Requirements and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate or property management is a plus
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
