Process
The process of developing an online assessment solution for the client involved several key steps in addressing the challenges faced by the client.
The first step involved conducting extensive research to understand the client’s business model and the problems associated with offline assessments. This research helped identify their needs and expectations and develop the key features required in the online assessment solution.
We then created and presented a mock-up showcasing various features, including assessment scheduling of assessments, assessment scoring, evaluation, performance analytics, individual reports, and a survey facility to the client for feedback and iteration suggestions.
The launch involved deploying the application on a cloud-based server, ensuring its compatibility with various devices and browsers, and providing user training to the client’s team. The solution was launched in phases, starting with a small group of users and gradually expanding to a larger audience.
