Many families feel disempowered when discussing their child’s health with healthcare providers. This leads to a breakdown in communication and missed opportunities to address significant health concerns. The client wanted to empower such families in communicating effectively.
Limited Provider Network
Families also tend to seek the best care for their children. This means consulting a healthcare specialist. However, the client’s existing provider network had to go through a much needed upgarde to be more diverse in providing families with a wide range of specialists.
Flawed Appointment Management
Scheduling and managing appointments for children is often time-consuming and stressful for parents. Client’s old appointment management system required to be more efficient and easier to navigate allowing the respective families to book, change, and cancel appointments easily.

After meeting with client to thoroughly understand his problems, business model, and future plans, our team brainstormed on possible healthcare software solutions. We even deployed a team of experts to conduct an intense research on existing solutions, identify their flaws and seek out ways to resolve them.

The next obvious step was to create several mock-ups of the possible software solutions that could ideally deliver the perfect healthcare management software relatable for both the client and the patients. This meant creating multiple aesthetic yet functional layouts that dealt with the current problems.

Development and Launch

Our custom healthcare management software enabled patients to book appointments with the doctors, manage their children’s health records, and connect with respective doctors through audio and video calls. It also enabled the doctors to manage patients’ appointments, and prescriptions from a single platform.


We used advanced tech and tools to craft a dynamic website for the client. We aimed to deliver a seamless user experience with robust functionality and an engaging interface. Our expertise and innovative approach led us to surpass client’s expectations and boost their business.


To address the problems faced by the client, the company can implement a comprehensive digital health platform that would bring modern mobile digital technology to healthcare in Ontario. This platform would be designed to meet all government and industry regulatory and security requirements.

For Parents
This platform provides a range of tools that empower the parents to take control of their children's healthcare needs. They can use the platform to find the right specialist for their child, book appointments with doctors/providers anytime and anywhere with a click of a few buttons, connect with doctors using audio and video calls, and schedule follow-up appointments.

For Doctors/providers
The platform provides the doctors with a hassle free access to a singular dashboard for managing patients, including data, demographics, profiles, appointments, prescriptions, etc. Doctors can even invite patients through links and easily communicate using audio and video calls.

For Admin
The platform is loaded with features such as appointment booking, secure audio and video calling, referral booking by the provider, and provider management tools. This goes on a long way to streamline the administrative tasks and enable a seamless experience for patients and doctors/providers alike.


The client has onboarded 300 patients and 8 doctors and facilitated 351 appointments through the platfor. The platform has seen a high adoption rate, with 90% of patients utilizing online services.
Patients have found the platform convenient and user-friendly, as they can book appointments with doctors and specialists at their preferred time and location. It enables them to find the right specialist, book appointments, and connect with doctors through audio and video calls. In short, the platform has even empowered them to take control of their children’s healthcare needs.
Doctors have benefitted from the platform’s easy-to-use interface as well, which allows them to manage patient data, appointments, and prescriptions from a single dashboard. They can now communicate with their patients through the platform’s secure audio and video calling feature, saving time and improving the patients’ overall experience.
Admins have found the platform to be an efficient tool for appointment booking, secure audio, and video calling, referral booking by providers, and provider management.
