Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
