We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have experience in recruiting for a variety of positions. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will play a critical role in helping our company attract and retain top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, including follow-up emails and phone calls
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting for a variety of positions
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
