Problem statement of the client
The client faced difficulty in maintaining and managing vital patient data and wanted us to create a behavioral health integration with a Chronic Care Management (CCM) to address their challenge.
Process
We followed a three-step process to thoroughly understand the challenges being faced by the client before building a custom solution.
We conducted a thorough market analysis to gain insight into existing telemedicine platforms, their features, and their limitations. We also brainstormed with the client to et further insights into the features they wanted us to interate within the platform.
The second phase involved creating mockups of the platform. We used this time to define te platform’s features, functionalities, and aesthetics after getting a clarity on the platform’s requirements. We also sent these mockups to the client for their approval.
Through close collaboration with the client, we rigorously tested and monitored the solution, promptly resolving any issues. This ensured a smooth transition, successful deployment, and a seamless user experience, resulting in a highly satisfactory outcome.
